Customer service / Repairs
As a long-standing LIEBHERR factory dealer, WASEL offers a full-service programme, from maintenance and repair to on-site repair of your tower crane. Not least thanks to our own LIEBHERR spare parts centre, our certified specialists will solve your problem promptly - all in the interest of getting your crane back into operation as quickly as possible.
24h-spare parts service
At both our Bergheim and Berlin locations, we keep virtually all LIEBHERR components in stock for you. Should a part not be available immediately, we will deliver the required spare part to your construction site within 24 hours. Should you have any questions, our LIEBHERR factory dealer team will be delighted to help you quickly and competently. Contact persons are available at our locations in Bergheim and Berlin.
Customer training courses
We offer our customers technical instruction for the assembly and disassembly of tower cranes, their ongoing operation and safety training on the equipment. We organise our courses for single participants or small groups on a case-by-case basis, after consultation with you. Training courses take place either at our locations in Bergheim and Berlin or, if required, at your site.
