WASEL cranes help in the Turkish earthquake region

Thomas Schmidt, Head of Tower Cranes at WASEL, was recently proud to report that the company had sold three used top-slewing cranes to the construction company iNTEK in Turkey.

Just a few months ago, a number of provinces in southern Turkey were completely destroyed by several earthquakes. The 180 EC-H 10 and 112 EC-H 8 Litronic crane models were purchased to assist with the reconstruction of these areas.

“The customer decided to opt for LIEBHERR EC-H cranes because their practical Litronic control system enables them to be quickly adapted to meet the individual demands of the crane operator and construction sites. The cranes are perfect for medium-sized and larger construction projects and can be controlled efficiently and reliably thanks to their intelligent assistance systems,” explains Niels Jablonski, the sales assistant responsible for the transaction at WASEL.
